• Printed reports can be monthly or quarterly for the first two years, plus annual for all five years.
• Key ratios such as gross margin %, billable utilisation % and revenue per headcount act as future benchmarks.
• Operating expenses can be grouped by department as appropriate for your industry. General overheads such as rent, insurance, telephone costs can be allocated to products, departments, projects using activity based costing.
